Blue Life Fitness Center

The Blue Life Program is a medically managed fitness membership to help you meet your health and wellness goals. our Customer Care Navigators will connect you to resources and help keep you accountable and motivated.

All Blue Life Fitness Members receive an initial health assessment including blood pressure, % body fat, BMI, and health risk appraisal, plus quarterly consults with the Wellness Team.

Blue Life Group Exercise Classes

Add variety to your exercise routine with one of our targeted, state-of-the-art group exercise classes for individuals of all fitness levels. All classes have a specific focus to optimize your health and fitness, including restorative yoga and Pilates, senior fitness, Cardio Fit, all-levels yoga and Pilates mat, Dance Fit, and more. Group exercise classes are available with a monthly membership, a 10-pack, or purchased on a drop-in basis.

Fitness Forever

This senior program has been inspiring men and women to fitness for over 13 years. Cardio endurance segment features low and non‐impact aerobic dance. Weight lifting segment uses small hand weights and resistance bands to sculpt and tone muscles while building endurance. Combined with balance, flexibility and functional fitness, this is a great class for seniors of all fitness levels! Fitness Forever occurs Monday and Friday at 10am every week.

Pilates Reformer Classes

Alignment is the key to success! Pilates consists of of developing strength and flexibility which allows for achievements in muscular balance, core strength and flexibility. Pilates sessions may be purchased on an individual basis or in discounted multiple visit packages.  We offer Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer Small Group Classes and Pilates Reformer Personal Training.

Medically-based Fitness

60-minute class held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:15 am, 8:30 am and 9:30 am.  Drop in for as long as you can!

Heart to Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation

Have you experienced a heart attack or heart event? Heart to Heart is a medically monitored exercise and education program delivered by Cardiac Nurses and Exercise Physiologists. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Silver Steps

Are you looking for more supervision with your exercise? This program is our supervised exercise program for all ages. Participants monitor heart rate, blood pressure and exertion levels, and are provided with a daily workout plan utilizing strength training, cardiovascular exercise on various equipment, and stretching.  Classes are one hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 7:15 am, 8:30 am and 9:30 am with and additional hour of education topics, every Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30.
